Ball bearing cages made from phenolic resin-bonded fabric are allowed to come into contact with water, oil, or grease and are corrosion-resistant to numerous liquids.

Due to the structure of phenolic resin-bonded fabric, oil can penetrate the threads of the carrier material. Therefore, the cage stands out due to its optimized anti-friction properties – and excellent emergency running characteristics.

This effect can even be improved through impregnation with oil under vacuum. Using hard substances with extra-fine batiste fabric, we manufacture cages featuring extremely small diameters, very thin walls, narrow tolerances, and superior surface finish quality.
