Therefore, we are striving for superior processing quality, speedy and flexible response to customer enquiries, as well as for a competent image.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00b7 To achieve this goal, we are committed to continuously improving our performance: from the first phone contact to order planning and execution right up to constant customer support.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00b7 We have introduced a quality management system which reflects our strict quality policy: In compliance with DIN EN ISO 9001, this system provides clear guidance for our daily, quality-oriented work. The management team makes all the personnel and technical resources required available for the further development and update of our quality management system.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>For us, quality also means responsibility towards our employees. Each employee should be aware of the fact that this system is not firmly defined, but will be subjected to an adaptation process whenever new products or efficiency enhancements require a change of workflows.
